Safer On Support
Just not safe without support!

There are several kinds of pre-built packaged software I distribute:
  1. Software which has a standard, well defined installation process that will work for almost all hosting accounts.

    Examples of this would be Better Together Admin Panel or Discount Preview. Anyone can buy this kind of software, and it is sold with or without installation, depending on your preference. If you buy it without installation and have trouble, review the list of common installation issues, or simply buy the installation and I will take care of it for you.

  2. Software which has a complex installation process which varies significantly depending on factors like software version, hosting environment, etc.

    An example of this would be AutoBackup. Anyone can buy this kind of software, but it is only sold with installation. I don't want people to have a bad experience with self-installation, so I take care of it for them.

  3. Software which has a complex installation process and will need updates and modifications over time. This kind of software is only sold to my support clients.

    Examples of this would be Zen Cart to Sellbrite or Zen Cart Google Shopping. This software is not a one-and-done install; it needs ongoing maintenance since it has external dependencies which change over time. In particular, Google Shopping changes the rules constantly and unpredictably which makes it impossible to give a fixed price on integration.

  4. Software which needs significant customization based on the store's requirements. This kind of software is only sold to my support clients.

    An example of this would be Zen Cart Dropshipping. This software is not a one-and-done install; it needs modification based on the requirements of the store, which are unique to begin with and will likely change over time.
If you want some software from category 3 or 4, don't worry - it's easy to go on support.

What I do for people who want to go on support for their site(s) is I take a payment of $1000 for a block of 10 hours, and then I deduct as you need work.

To start on support, please purchase a 10 hour block of time from my store. I will need your Zen admin, FTP and cPanel credentials. NOTE: Your hosting configuration must include cPanel. Instructions for sending credentials are below.
