Note: this page describes adding calendars on a per-product level. If you need calendars at checkout time, please see my Zen Cart Checkout Calendars page.Many products need to have the customer enter a start date (and possibly an end date). This attribute type isn't built in to Zen Cart, but I can add it for you.

Here's an example of a date based product in Zen Cart on one of the older Responsive templates (Westminster New):
Product 182 on Demo Cart 2 shows how a product can have a mandatory date attribute.
The date appears like any other attribute in the catalog.
Clicking on it shows a calendar widget.
