This plugin is a backport of the accessibility page feature in Zen Cart 2.0.0. It's a place to make an accessibility statement for your store.

Q: Why not just use an EZ-Page for the Accessibility Page?
A: You could certainly do this. I just wanted to provide the opportunity to run PHP code on this page just in case.
